These Terms & Conditions govern your use of We Shop, including weshopnepal.com and related services. We Shop operates as a Nepal-based online store with our own product listings and inventory workflow for stationery, sports goods, and educational supplies.

2) Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account and delivery information when using the service.
- Account access is tied to your mobile number and password, and certain actions may require OTP verification.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, OTP, and account access secure.
3) Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy products from us. It does not guarantee acceptance, dispatch, or availability.
- We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment because of stock issues, obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected misuse, or delivery feasibility concerns.
- We may contact you if we need to verify delivery details, payment information, or another issue related to your order.
4) Pricing and checkout
- For new orders, checkout shows the item total, shipping charge, and payable amount before you place the order.
- Shipping charges depend on your delivery address, selected delivery option, and package or courier weight slab where applicable.
- Eligible Kathmandu Valley addresses may see a free-shipping option at checkout.
- Your order details page shows the current payable amount recorded for the order.
- If we discover an obvious pricing or shipping error before fulfillment, we may cancel the order before dispatch and ask you to place a new order with corrected checkout details.
5) Payments
- Cash on Delivery is the primary payment option shown during checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the payable amount shown for the order is collected on delivery.
- If support offers an alternative payment method for a specific order, it will be communicated clearly before dispatch.
- We do not store card or wallet credentials on the platform.
6) Shipping and delivery
- We deliver across Nepal.
- Estimated delivery time is 0–8 business days, depending on destination, courier coverage, weather, public restrictions, and package profile.
- Free shipping is available only for eligible Kathmandu Valley delivery addresses when shown at checkout.
- Free shipping is not guaranteed for all addresses in Nepal.
- For courier delivery, the shipping charge shown at checkout is calculated from your delivery address, selected delivery option, and package or courier weight slab where applicable.
- Free-shipping eligible orders may take up to 7 business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays can occur because of location, courier capacity, weather, holidays, public restrictions, or address verification issues.
- You must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Some addresses may require city and zone details before checkout can continue.
7) Cancellations, returns and refunds
- You may cancel an order before packaging starts. Once packaging starts, cancellation is no longer available through the normal order flow.
- After delivery, contact support within 7 calendar days if you received the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, or an item materially different from its listing. Covered items are new items only.
- To start a request, provide the order number, issue details, contact information, and photos where relevant. Keep the item unused, complete, and in its original packaging unless the reported defect prevents that.
- Returns and refunds are not covered for change-of-mind requests, non-defective returns, damage after delivery caused by misuse or improper storage, used or altered items, incomplete returns, or requests without enough information to verify the issue.
- Exchanges are not offered as a blanket policy. When policy requirements are met, the approved outcome is replacement when appropriate and available, otherwise refund or another support-approved resolution.
- If a return is approved, support will provide return or drop-off instructions before the item is sent back.
- There is no restocking fee for approved covered returns.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and verification.
- Refunds are sent through the original payment or collection channel where possible, otherwise by bank transfer or another support-confirmed method.
8) Products and availability
- We try to keep product titles, descriptions, images, variants, and pricing accurate, but mistakes can occur.
- Product colors, packaging, or minor presentation details may vary from images or descriptions.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted for fulfillment.
9) Acceptable use
- You must not use the site for fraud, abusive order placement, payment misuse, scraping, disruption, or unlawful activity.
- You must not submit false delivery details, fake payment evidence, or misleading support claims.
- We may suspend, block, or refuse service for misuse or policy violations.
10) Intellectual property
Site content, branding, product presentation, design elements, and software components are owned by or licensed to We Shop and may not be copied, republished, or used without permission unless allowed by law.
11) Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided on an as-available basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or exact delivery timing.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or item.
12) Privacy and communications
- We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Nepal law.
- You agree that we may send transactional messages related to OTP verification, orders, delivery, payments, and support.
- We may contact you to resolve operational issues with an order.
13) Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
- Any dispute that cannot be resolved through support handling will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
